Looking to Return or Exchange?
We want you to love your Kortni Jeane Swimwear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Policy:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (including swimwear with hygiene liners removed) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Visit our Returns Center at kortnijeaneswim.com to start your request.
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We currently offer exchanges for store credit or a different size/style (subject to availability). To request an exchange, please follow the same return process and note your preference when submitting your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
